It's life Lex, it throws some crap at you at times!

My dad and Mrs R's dad died within a week of each other, right in the middle of my MBA exams!

I think it stems back to when mum was taken into hospital: she had a chest infection. We visited and were both stricken with some bug or other and this past week it's really taken a hold. So much so, that now mum is out of hospital I daren't go and see her for fear of passing something nasty on.

Throw in that I've just heard that Mrs R's mum has had a stroke and you can see just how well my day is going!

Got home from work tonight, and went straight round to my allotment to uncover my spuds & carrots, and plant out my parsnips.

I saw a UV warning on the weather website for the first time this year.

Signs of Spring
Just been for my lunchtime stroll, and heard my 1st Woodpecker tapping at a tree, and saw my 1st big Bumblebee buzzing around. :D
