Inside views where you can see some of the previous work...

The water tower was sold not many years ago and the top floor was worked on a couple of years ago, with windows put in alla round.I thought it was all on the way to conversion.I can see it from my house and it looks quite attractive as a feature of landscape. Close up it is a horrid grim looking place which gave me the creeps when I took my granddaughter to see it .It destroyed a few of her fantasies about it.As a baby she would wave to the the magic 'eagle' before she went to bed--it was probably an owl' .and I wove tales about the magic tower.
I don't know about -who wants to live in Bedworth?...... But who'd live there.

I'd imagine they'd cost a fair bit - the building's going for £600,000, and then there's the expense of all the work.

I wonder how much the apartments will sell for? - How much would you pay to live in Bedworth?

I actually like the place, but many don't and that might just lead to a price ceiling on any development.

Looks like there's been planing permission for the conversion to flats, but no-one's got round to doing the work - maybe money problems?

I thought that had been converted years ago!
