Nuneaton is a strange case. It's been in decline for many years whilst its neighbour (Hinckley) has blossomed. I think, like many high streets, it has suffered because councils have tried to milk motorists with extortionate parking fees.
I can't remember the last time I actually visited Nuneaton.
