New "Ash Trays" in the Town Centre
After re bricking the town centre the local council have included new metal seating and matching Ash Trays. Nice big ones, complete with soil for helping to extinguish the cigarette ends. Either that or there is a vain hope on the part of those scattering their cigarette ends in compost that they might take root and grow. Of course, I suspect that in the bigger plan they are planters which will enhance the town centre.
