After re bricking the town centre the local council have included new metal seating and matching [i]Ash Trays[/i]. Nice big ones, complete with soil for helping to extinguish the cigarette ends. Either that or there is a vain hope on the part of those scattering their cigarette ends in compost that they might take root and grow. Of course, I suspect that in the bigger plan they are planters which will enhance the town centre.
