I wonder if they will work together, or will simply be out to grab as much of the cash for themselves as they can? I'm afraid I'm rather a cynic when it comes to charities and money.

£12,000 won't pay for a lot, but could go towards groups like Shelter, the Sally Army, Foodbank, council etc working together locally.
