I know 1 or 2 people who said it's a good pub, but I've got plenty of choices so won't bother.

We had a landlord who didn't want locals and didn't want boaters (the pub was alongside the canal). I have no idea how he expected to make a living, and indeed, after a few years, he went bust!

I was reading an article about this place last week. The landlord wasn't overly keen on wanting locals in his pub.
