They just don't realise the power that these vehicles have and that roads are not racetracks.

We need to be grateful that someone wasn't killed, it could easily have ended up differently.

I notice that many electric-powered vehicles are being marketed on their almost 'instant' speed capability. Couple this with a near silent operation and I think we might be setting ourselves up for problems.
