I don't know if anyone else here does web design on any scale, but I thought I'd just vent a bit. I'm teaching myself CSS, and while it's brilliant when it works, it's a headache when it doesn't. If anyone knows of any general rules for CSS, I'd love to hear them. At the moment I'm learning all the tricks the hard way. The reason I'm doing this is because I want to convert the main page of the site to CSS, as well as making it fully HTML 4 compliant. Why I'm putting myself through this, I don't know.

Oh dear that made me laugh, I've only just learnt what it meant, just use something ready made will and cannibalise it. They look complex like java scripting to me, I get forum themes for proboards in css. Although I imagine once you've learned it will be pretty useful. You can do some for me when you have. |
