Still can't log in, page is sticking for most of the day. Its hit or miss If I get in.

It's being very problematical. According to the graphic it's the host itself causing the grief.

I've also been having problems on a few other sites, but they've turned out to be my adblocker.

Yes, that is a possible cause , but WOL has been fine over the years until recently.

Still intermittent problems with the site - looks like server problems if you're reading this, hosting company! I've got in tough with Admin Will again.
