A warm, bordering on humid afternoon and "Bill's mother" decides to visit, at approx 16.05 pm. The heavens opened up and a hail came slamming down against windows, roof etc. The poor old drains had no hope of coping and within minutes, rain and fast melting hail had overflowed the drains - the ones that are not already blocked with silt that is - spilling over into gutters, across the road, over the footpath. |

Another couple of deluges since then... on the bright side, my roof doesn't seem to be leaking. |

It doesnt just rain any more it quite literally poors! where I live in hartshill the small carpark soon turns into a river! |
