Hi All,

Just to let you know there is a day course to learn about meditation techniques happening at the Friends Meeting House in the Centre of Coventry on May 17th. The course is self contained and is taught by an experienced Buddhist Teacher. It cost £15 for the whole day starting at 10:30 am and finishing around 4:40 pm. Time will be given for you to nip into town for lunch or feel free to bring sandwiches to eat in the lovely garden.
