It wouldn't be impossible to use the garden over the winter months would it? I would think that as long as the weather was reasonable and the users wrapped up, there would still be benefits to be had. |

Yes it is good and healthy exercise , but I don't like staying out too much, though I will do a walk with a friend for about 45 minutes.

Having a dog, I walk twice a day in all weathers, whether I want to or not! - And believe me, some of those days are not pleasant weatherwise.
