Just wondering if anyone knew of a good one to go to? I'm thinking of taking it up, but I wouldn't know which one to choose.

I am a yoga teacher from the U.S. and will be coming to Rugby for 4 weeks this summer. I, too, am looking for yoga in Rugby; if I don't find a public class, I would be happy to teach a class to anyone interested for a small fee. Let me know what you find out. I can teach beginners to advanced and can attest to the toning, cardiovascular strengthening, mental clarity and spiritual centeredness that yoga offers. Thanks and I hope to meet you in Rugby (coming mid-June). We're looking for a house to rent, incidentally--know of any?
