It wouldn't be impossible to use the garden over the winter months would it? I would think that as long as the weather was reasonable and the users wrapped up, there would still be benefits to be had.

I'm terrible for staying indoors in the winter Rebbonk. Yes it is good and healthy exercise , but I don't like staying out too much, though I will do a walk with a friend for about 45 minutes. :)

Having a dog, I walk twice a day in all weathers, whether I want to or not! - And believe me, some of those days are not pleasant weatherwise. ;)
