I know a few, but a lot of the pubs closed long before my drinking days: https://www.leamingtoncourier.co.uk/heritage-and-retro/retro/12-pubs-weve-loved-and-lost-in-leamington-over-the-years-do-you-remember-them-3203472

Trouble is, consumer tastes and activities/behaviour are changing. Pubs have been in decline for years and I see the covid lockdowns as hastening this. I personally find it rather sad as I like a pint (or several) and a chat with people. You can pick up some really interesting nuggets if you keep your ears open and are attentive.
