Crash landing closes city airport
Extra flights are sent to Coventry Aiport after a crash landing on the Birmingham runway,

It's nice of Coventry to help them out as Birmingham are trying to stop passenger flights into Coventry.

I wonder if this will reopen the debate that the airports are struggling with all the traffic, and maybe it's time to look at those Rugby Airport plans again?
Here's hoping not of course.

I think the idea of an airport in Rugby is a dead duck. I am hoping though that Coventry Airport comes out on top after the Public Enquiry. It's great to be so close to an airport that flies to so many European destinations.
