As you may or may not know, I've invested in some storm tracking equipment. Its calibrated fairly well for the south and east of the UK, but we've not had that many storms across the midlands this year.
There is a good chance of isolated storms today across our region. If you get one, please can you post the location and time of the thundertstorm, to help with my calibration of the equipment?

Well we might get our chance sooner rather than later. We are in the center of the disruption map with 80% chance of catching a heavy thundery downpour on Friday/Saturday- that is VERY high.
75 to 100mm expected in our region - get those flood defences in action, with those figures it really will be flash floods.

Well, at about [email="8@28pm"]8:28pm[/email] there was a thunderstorm about 5-10 miles NW of Stratford last night. That's a rough estimate on all accounts except the time though.

My gardens got 3 foot of water running through!!!!! Sherbourne is awash with floods and cars belonging to people who dont seem to understand driving through water...
